It's never to late

by Carolinda Batiste on 08/26/14

None of us are perfect, we all make mistakes, trusting the wrong people. Hurting people who trusted us. Speaking before we think. Not thinking about what we say, and the list goes on and on. I'm a firm believer it's all part of our process as we sojoun through life. The important thing to remember is that, as long as the blood runs warms in our veins we have a chance to right the wrongs. Leave pride, un-forgiveness and fear outside, bring love, forgiveness, patience and understanding insides our hearts. Together we can make a difference.

The Power of Prayer

by Carolinda Batiste on 08/25/14

Prayer is the cornerstone of faith. It's our direct communication line to God. His name is different to many people but what is common is that every believer prayers with the hopes of a revealed answer.

I pray that peace over shawdows evil. Tell me what you want to pray for.

Love and Loss

by Carolinda Batiste on 08/22/14

I'm new to blogging so bare with me as we journey together.

In our life we face great losses, a mother, father, sibling, husband, good friend, co-woker, pet, even the loss of a job can be traumatic and can spin us out of control. What I have learned through my losses is that as long as I kept my eye on God the pain seemed to ease sooner than when I just focused on the situation.
So I ask you out there, how do you deal with loss?
